Mooncake festival is coming soon ! So we were called by the boss Joshlim to attend Mandarin Oriental Hotel Mooncake making demonstration @ Lai Po Heen Chinese Restaurant. With me is the bloggers : Mojosh, Suetmei, Amanda Choe, Joshlim and Kimhan.

We were given all these mooncake samples by them for tasting. Awesome !

The proper technique of making a mooncake by the BEST pastry chef in Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
1. Milk chocolate and peanut butter crunch and raspberry center
2. Mini snow skin mooncakes with durian paste
3. White chocolate mooncakes with kalamansi ganache
4. Dark chocolate mooncakes with durian ganache.
Many new flavors coming out and it has a very unique taste to it. MUST TRY ! Not like the ordinary mooncakes we usually eat.
