Sexy Nikki

Im lazy. So this is it. 1 post 1 photo entry.

My Nikon DSLR called Nikki is complete now. Just bought her a new battery grip. Made me BROKE. Which that plus more weight to it. I tried weighing it and it's 2.5KG. OMG how to carry so heavy camera? But still, I love it BIG.

and nowadays everyone is crazy in getting new lens, new DSLR and all. Was wondering what should I get NEXT? telelens, 50mm, fisheye or wide angle? Any Suggestions?

BTW Happy St.Patrick's Day. And Tonight, Hennessy Artistry night !

New Flash For Nikki

Woots ! I've just gotten a new flash for Nikki today! Well, you know who is she. LOL

Damn nice I like the photos produced with that. Cis, another 1.6k gone just like that. Hopefully it will serve me long enough. Anyway, what's next ? Battery grip? tele lens ?

Im pretty lazy to blog right now. Zombieland and MySimplified is up next.

is HAPPY !

My New Toy

Tried Sony Alpha, Canon EOS and don't ask me why! because I've decided to try my luck on Nikon this time. Been thinking a lot lately what to choose and damn, it's so hard to decide. But anyhow, truth reveals. My New Toy, D300s. Hope it doesn't disappoint me.

Now the thing is, what shall I name her? Any suggestions?

Cheers !

The Moment Of Truth.

Firstly, my Streamyx speed @ home is getting better day by day. I get to upload all my photos this time without any disappointment. Im happy with it.

Yeap, it was quite a while since my last time blogging. Sorry for the lack of updates, am very busy with college stuff. Ending of semester, will be expecting all these shits coming up. Never ending. I don't even have much time to check Twitter and Facebook. And been experiencing fatigue and tiredness every single day.

Another reason why my blog is lacking of updates cause I do not have a camera. Not even digital camera. Seriously, depending on my iPhone camera isn't a good idea.

So at once, I was quite fed up and I went to the camera shop and BOOM.

The moment of truth.

Oh yeah, just to update you this was the last 2 times I went for an event.

Topshop party @ Zouk. Taken with Niki's iPhone.

Michelle, Howard, Jeffro, Me, Niki and Amanda ready to party. And not forgetting Rames who took this photo. Joshlim busy with his friends.

Flynivarsary @ OneUtama. Ewin's wide angle lens.

Jon, Pop, Me, Bryan, Ewin, Flora, Freddie, Suet and Bboy. Enjoying the weekends.

Im gonna revive soon. More to come, stay tune. Am under mental and physical stress right now. Let me hibernate my blog for a moment.

Promise, I will try to update a lil more often.

Tomorrow : "My Spy" from GALA PREMIERE tomorrow. Awesome stuff. Thanks Advertlets !

Youth '09 !

Yeah finally a late update for youth '09. So people, did you all manage to go to youth '09 event recently happened last week @ PWTC ? I guess some of you did. Well, I did went there on Friday and Sunday. For instance, I missed out Saturday. Someone ffk-ed me.

Personally I think this event was not bad lar. Except for some activities that can't really involve much people. I love the indie festival MOST, the street dancing and the photo shoot background as well. I'm surprised that the KDU parts also did performed on Friday. Beat box was da bomb as usual. and for one thing, I saw many DSLR users these days. I even spot a small lil 12 year old girl with a D80 ! wtf. My Ashley loose face man. And I saw many SONY users too. Yay Sony Alpha is expending real FAST.

As for now, photos speaks a thousand words. FYI I didn't manage to take much shots from the event but these just what I have with me.

Oh this event is FOC.

People lining up. Not many of them actually cause it's on Friday morning. 11am.

Introducing Elaine Chong my companion for the whole day.

banners all over the place. Seems like a grant event.

Poser Elaine with Suetmei's D80. Look good on you weyh.

Decorations. I see basketball rims.

Foosball anyone ?

Toyota Vios. Reminds me of Ampang Drift.

If I am not mistaken this is a Honda City.

Matthew from KDU in action. Oh He owns a D200 as well. And he sings well.

KDU parts. Jill, Andrew and friend. Good effort performance but still need improvement.

Candid. with the beautiful background.

Poser Elaine wearing my photography shirt. LOL

Thanks Suetmei for this shot.

I got a python over my neck for the first time in my life. best ever feeling.

Milton with Alice. Alice is soo cute in her working uniform.

2 thumbs up for Malta Quench

Oh ya I did volunteered a while to help out Suetmei and Jac with the work.

and while so we met Jacqueline. A Rotactor and a verytall girl. All of us almost the same height except Suetmei. Cute.

A group photo before we leave.

Last but not least. I love this photo damn lots.

All in all youth '09 was just okayy for me. Not till the extend i will give a WOW to this event but its quite a huge one compared to last years Youth '08. I very much enjoyed some random hip hop street dancing from the malays. Very entertaining indeed.

PS : Oh well im back to the blogging world.

I like GIF !

This piece of 40D got insurance don't play play. Hurm, when Can I get a BETTER DSLR ? lol. So that I can capture more GIF like photos with 6 fps !

Notice: It takes time to load. E way in action ! This is just 3 fps only. my a200. I need a 6 fps !

I have 2 GIF image of suetmei's and 2 GIF image of vivian's with me. Should I post it up as well? LOL.

DSLR fanatic

Photography had been a very popular hobby among young adults these days. Because compact camera is never enough. Claim that the bigger the better ! Thus it looks more professional. And that makes people nowadays are getting crazy over it and wanting to own a DSLR themselves. lol. I've come across people saying : Photography ROCKS ! Photography is life ! until the extend that Pornography is bullshit to them. lol.

And once their mind set is totally on photography, they can come out till such ideas !

HAHA. Totally Mind Blasting !

You must be wondering who did this DSLR cake. lolol.

Home Alone !

Was home alone today and what I did wad I tried some simple home cooking for my breakfast and lunch. and I did took a photo of it. One taken with Ashley and one with my horrible Olympus compact camera. You can surely see the difference between both photos. And once again, this blog is turning to a food blog full of foods !

Photo 1 : Nissin noodle with chicken ham and egg. Thailand style. Karena would love this.

Photo 2 : Nasi goreng babi dengan telur mata ! Roasted pork ( siew yok ) fried rice with bull eye egg.

Somehow both dishes looks a bit horrible but it tasted tasty. Trust the chef's taste buts. Anyway see photo no.2, the photo quality sucks big time compare to photo no.1 right ? Blame Olympus !

Which ? YES YOU !

My current compact camera. If you see this, don't buy it. Even it's cheap.

haha milton's DSLR ! Even though it can be as expensive as 5-6K for this shit, same rules applied. Don't buy it. And ya E-510, You same suck !

I don't know why I am saying this. Sure there's people out there who will say it is depending on the photographer but not the camera itself ya I know. But you can try it yourself and see. You won't get satisfied of the photos outcome that you wanted. Any Olympus uses out there you can feel me right.

Compact camera, Canon and SONY would be great. A big NO to Olympus. About DSLR don't ask me. No comment about it. Once I say something, everyone will BOOM at me. So I would say that each brand has thier own specialties/pros and cons. Nuff said.

PS : Craving for Heineken !

K L Photography Fair

It was yesterday Kuala Lumpur Photography Fair at Times Square. There was this photography fair where they sell camera goodies and accessories etc. Saw many photographers there. Hell lots. and Me, the first time met up Eway to get our self poison at the fair. And yes we did get poison. Until it made me wanna get that 50mm lens !

The main concourse. Nikon, Canon, Sony, Fujifilm, Tamron, Olympus and all those big brands are there.

This is Eway. He bought a new Benro Tripod and a super giant camera backpack. Fulamak in total cost around RM500++ !

Look at all the photographers. Siaoness.

Also there are photography contest with model shooting. You see a lot of photographers down there in front of the stage fighting for the best position to shoot models. I had no choice and went upstairs to snap. Not so nice la all the photos. Failed ! But the models all were just proton standard. Why all fighting for it? Either they are blind or stupid ? lol.

Oh yeah Suetmei and Bryan tag along for the whole outing as well. LOL. Suetmei with her NEW Jay Chou album.

LOL. Canon and SONY madness. Those certainly worth more than 10K !

Finally, my current favorite photo of the day !

LOL. Went for Model Shooting. She's pretty ! Right ? Right ?

MET alphanatics friends, Jason Goh, Ewin and Chrysler too ! Including Bryan lar. They were there for the Sony Double Exposure Competition. I can't participate cause I got church on Sunday. So yeah.

Hurm SONY Alpha workshop seminar is up next !

A Day At Sebastian Residence

Was kinda bored last Friday night alone at home so as Sebastian. So he nudged me asking me to stop by his house to hang out. Without hesitation, I went. Brought my 160GB HDD and Ashley along with me ! My-so-call very essential items.

Oh yeah, he treated me mooncakes once I arrived. As in Starbucks mooncakes. It tasted really rich and flavorful. You all should try it. Perhaps next year. It's not selling anymore I guess.

It cost about 30 bucks each box without discount. I think so. After discount, 20 bucks. Go grab it if there's still any.

Tiramissu flavour and Red cherry flavour. Damn nice can? Don't get tempted.

By that time it was almost 2am in the morning. We ordered MCD ! I called and just whacked a Big Mac large set without thinking the consequences of being fat eating MCD early in the morning.

Sebastian was comparing his old vintage film camera with my Ashley. Actually I felt that film photos are more meaningful, we could actually appreciate film photos more compared to digital camera photos that can be deleted anytime as we like. So, Yeahh. I day must go back to our film era already.

Hurm, thanks Sebastian for the songs and movies you gave me. Loving it ! Speaking about movies and songs from his computer. Let see how his desktop wallpaper looks like.

Flaming HOT Anna Jacqueline Hathaway. Woots! and what reminds me of her is .......

Oh yeahhh.... Remember the movie ? lol.
