CINA NEW YEAR '10

Happy CNY people! Gong Xi FA Chai. How did you celebrate your new year? I bet it was fun. Well same goes to me. As usual, went back to hometown, Malacca for reunion dinner with the relatives. Then to Johor and now im back to KL.

This year's Vday falls exactly the same day as CNY so I'm not able to celebrate it with anyone. Same goes to the rest of the Cina people I guess. But I manage to watch the MOVIE "Valentines Day" on the premiere screening earlier. It was fairly nice. Not to say da bomb. not gonna do a review here. So it's better for you to watch it yourself. I rate 7 /10.

Bye Bye CNY

Oh well 15th day of Chinese New Year had finally came to an end. Everything will be back in square one from today onwards. This year CNY consider is my BEST CNY so far. Had a lot of house visitation and of cause receive a lot of ang pao as well. I had pretty much enjoyed everything.

CNY ' 09

To the Chinese : 恭喜發財 ! Erm I'm back from Malacca yesterday, my hometown. Went back last Sunday for dinner reunion. Helped out my grandma for the cooking and there's too much food. Received a lot of ang pao's too. and of cause i met my lovely cousins again. So many of them. So happy can ? The Ong's weyhh.

The day after.

Went to Malacca town for sight seeing/snap photos. Was thirsty and we sat down for some deserts. Damn, I kena food poisoning. Must be that damn ice kacang. Visited to the toilet 16 times since yesterday till NOW still counting. Just waiting for my stomach to pop out that sound again and here you go. All my plans to bai nian at ppl's house failed today. Not gonna travel with this situation wei. can die.

Maybe tomorrow i will recover. it's recovering now after 16 TIMES !

Cousin Aftermath # Part 1

My holidays with cousins from south Johor ! Our Destination will start from Midvalley, Pavilion, One Utama and lastly Sunway Pyramid. Woah! Burning petrol away like hell with 6 persons in the car. Anyway I'll just make it a short post where the photos all are combine together to avoid slow loading.

Really had a great time with their presence around. Running to all the malls in KL and Selangor area in within 3 days wasn't that easy. phew ! Anyway up next. stay tuned Cousin aftermath # Part 2 !

Foods ! Heaven.

Did you know Aeon is a new mall ? and it's situated at Setiawangsa AU2 Keramat. lol. So we went there for dinner long time ago probably 3 weeks ago with Suetmei, Elaine, Serra. Check it out HERE for our exploration. There were lots of restaurant we can dine in to ! Check it out yourself if you wanna know. I might just list them down a lil just to give you some idea. They have Starbucks, Sushi king, Wendys, Big Apple Donuts, Aunty Lim, Izzi, Secret Recipe, KFC, Kenny Rogers, Subway, Old town, Baskin Robins, Laksa Shack, Jonnys, Pizza Hut and so on. You name it.

We can't decide whereto eat and so we choose Izzi. We had dirt cheap and good food ! Plus, they offer free wifi service. So I was thinking, surely I will come here back again ! lol.

Oh now are you getting attracted to the price? lol.

Did you have that feeling before ordering food from the menu without looking at the price?! The feeling was nice. Let's say usually we are at Chilies or some expensive restuarant, we never fail to look at the price first before even looking at the menu. How is that! lol.

And yes, I did came back again to Izzi with my cousins for the pass few days ago with Wayne the outsider. We came in 9 people with the price of 7 ! So you can roughly count how cheap was that ! No tax, no service charge ! wonderful.

Appart from that, my cousins came by and we had these too for our lunch and dinner. at Mid Valley, Nandos and Sunway, Kenny Rogers.

Awhhhh man. and this is what we call HEAVEN !!

I've watch this movie Quantum Of Solace on last Saturday. And should I change the title name to Quantum Of Sohai?!



Im gonna rate it 4/10. Although the action scenes are getting more real kononnya. but the story line, I just don't get it. What oil? What water? lol. That's the thing I know. Only gadgets used was a Sony Ericsson Cybershot phone. Used to snap people's face using face detection. Besides, Bond girl is not even chun nor HOT. Sigh. Basically this is the worst James Bond I've ever watched in my LIFE. nuff said. Quantum of Sohai. lol.

What happened to my cousin ?

I wanna share the story of what happened to my cousin a few weeks ago.

it was the 1st day of raya- 1st october 08 to be exact,
my cousin Kathleen was in JB. [ Johor Baharu ]

it was 9.45pm, she was outside, waiting for her friend near her friend's place and suddenly she felt someone hit her head very hardly and she fell down. Then she quickly got up and ran for around 100 meters, going in the direction of her friend's house, until they caught up with her and blocked her from going to her friend's place, and also, hit her head for the 2nd time !

my cousin then quickly ran to a house where they left their gate open... luckily, the people in the house quickly came out and helped her by scolding and screaming at the assailants. My cousin couldn't see properly but she saw them holding a long knife (the women from the house said they were holding a parang. and my sister was shocked when she saw all the blood at her head.

Then immediately rushed to the hospital where she got some stitches.The cuts were 2cm and 3cm, both 0.5cm deep OMG can? luckily, after some x-rays, the doctor said they were just external wounds

Anyhow, It's been a small world huh that your family was my neighbour last time in the 90's. Big shocking discovery? haha. Well it is. and now after over 14 years, only I get the chance to know you.

Finally! my cousins from Johor came to KL for holiday. Karyn and Kimberley. So, my job is to bring them to explore some part of KL. haha. In this 2 days cant bring until the whole KL actually cause they wanna shop. So consume too much time on shopping ad. Anyway tat doesn't matter, janji can spend quality time with them. haha. they are such wonderful cousins! Love them.....

Places that they visited in KL. Times Square, KLCC, Petaling Street, Kota Raya, Sunway Pyramid, 1 Utama, Mid Valley, Sungei Wang. Too bad cant go to Pavillion. the new shapping mall.
